- HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE, AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
For information on delivery and shipping charges to your destination, view our Shipping options.
Our delivery starts from 10 a.m. - 10 p.m. (Western Indonesian Time/ WIB) for Same Day Delivery Service.
If you need the flowers before 10 a.m. please complete your purchase at least the day before (D-1) delivery date.
Some flowers might need longer preparation time, please check each product Delivery Notice on Product's Description before adding it to the cart.
- CAN I CHANGE OR AMEND MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details. However, we are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed. If you need to make any amendments, please call customer care on email@example.com or +62 818-385-819 for assistance. Make sure to call us as soon as possible before it is too late.
- HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your air waybill number to track your package. If you have registered, you can also follow the progress of your delivery by signing into your account and selecting My Account followed by Order Status.
- WHEN IS THE DEADLINE FOR PLACING AN ORDER?
Deadlines vary based on our products availability and delivery location. Generally, it’s best you place an order in the morning the day before you want it delivered, some flowers might take longer time to be prepared. Please check each product Delivery Notice on Product's Description before adding it to the cart. For same day deliveries, it’s best to place your order early in the morning, preferably before 9.00 A.M.. - HOW FAST CAN I GET MY FLOWER AFTER THE ORDER FOR SAME DAY DELIVERY SERVICE (JAKARTA)?
We will process your order once the payment have been confirmed.
For Same Day Delivery Service, please kindly wait 1-3 hours (after your payment confirmation) for us to prepare your order.
Same Day Service Delivery is only applicable for payment confrmation before 5 p.m. (Western Indonesian Time/ WIB) and please take a note that delivery starts on 10 a.m. and the last delivery time of the day is 10 p.m. (Store Pick Up option is also available).
We will contact you for Delivery Time alteration for Same Day Delivery Purchases which made after 5 p.m.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Some of our flower arrangements require variety of flowers and fillers. Flowerhouse reserves the right to replace any item with another of equivalent value depending on season and availability. All pictures shown are for illustration purpose only, actual flower may vary due to our flower color availability in stock.
- HOW ARE MY FLOWERS DELIVERED?
We use tons of methods of delivery to make sure that the flowers are in the best condition to the recipients. From bike to car, we pick the best method depending on when and where you order.
- WHICH AREA DO WE DELIVER TO?
We do delivery throughout Jakarta and also BSD, Tangerang, Bekasi and Depok.
- CAN YOU GUARANTEE A SPECIFIC TIME FOR DELIVERY?
We will make every attempt to fulfill your request but cannot guarantee it, as Jakarta always traffic.
- HOW CAN I KEEP THE FLOWER FRESH AND STAY LONGER?
Fill your vase with cool water
Change the water everyday
Keep the flower out of direct heat
Trim up the base of flower stems every day or two
- HOW TO TAKE CARE OF FLOWER IN MY POSY BOX?
Fill the floral base with cool water
Do it everyday
Put the flower in cool place
- CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY TIME?
No worries, please change your delivery time at least 24 hours before the date that you have select.
- CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Okay, you may do the cancelation as long as the order has not been prepared. But there will be no cash refund for your order, we only will give you gift voucher to the full order value within a year.
- WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTABLE?
At the moment we only accept transfer via bank BCA 66.4042.0390 (Jackie) but soon we will give more alternatives for the payment.
- HOW DO I KNOW IF FLOWEHOUSE HAS RECEIVED MY ORDER & PAYMENT?
You will receive message confirmation that we have your order and payment. If you have placed an order online and not received any message, please call+62 818-385-819
